Join Erika for an evening and settle into BTTRCRM’s cakelet. Learn to frost and plate a buttercream cake with the opportunity to wield 1:1 piping instruction. While you enjoy your slice of gluten free cake, exhaust any questions or curiosities you may have about technique, sourcing ingredients, or even how to start an out-of-home-bakery yourself.
The workshop will be held at The Makery in Redding, California, on Thursday, July 11th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm.
Snacks + beverages will be provided, although you’re more than welcome to bring a personal bottle of bubbly (or whichever elixir tickles your fancy).
